The houses are rented out individually and are all-inclusive, so the price stated is the full price for each house, regardless of the number of people staying — provided that the stated maximum number of guests per house is not exceeded. The price includes water, electricity, linen (sheets, towels).

Prices are for accommodation only (meals are not served).

Final prices, including taxes:

— Low season: €155 per night

— High season: €185 per night (Holy Week and Christmas)

– Discounts available for stays of over 7 nights

— Minimum stay: 4 nights

– Christmas: 7 nights

— Cot and high chair provided free of charge, subject to prior request

– Free Wi-Fi

We have available a cot and a high chair for children up to he age of two years, both free of charge.

You just need to make your request at the time of booking.

The person who makes the booking will be responsible for any mishap that occurs during the stay:

— Check-in time: 5.00 p.m.

– Check-out time: 12:00 noon.

— Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the accommodation

— People not included in the booking are not allowed to stay or visit.

— Parties or activities that may cause a nuisance to the neighbourhood are not allowed.

— No pets allowed.

— In the event that any of these conditions is not complied with, we may, on behalf of the owners, require guests to vacate the house, with no right to financial compensation.

— 100% Refund for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided that the booking is at least 14 days before check-in.

— Refund will NOT be made for cancellations notified during the 7 days before arrival or for “no shows”

— In the event of cancellation by the owners, if cancellation is due to force majeure, the cost will be refunded in full.

Payment of the total cost of the stay is required to confirm the booking. Payment may be made via bank card.
