The country house El Pajar de Casa de La Virgen was the first of these houses to be restored. It is a late-nineteenth-century building, originally used as a grain store by the estate. The building retained special features such as flagstone paving.

Kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee machine, electric juicer and mixer.
Lounge with wood-fired stove, mini stereo system, DVD player, board games, books in several languages, DVD films.
On this floor there is a toilet.
Two bedrooms, one with a 150 x 200 cm double bed and another with two 90 x 200 cm beds.
Both bedrooms have wooden floors and sloping ceilings. Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hair dryer.

The houses are rented out individually and are all-inclusive, so the price stated is the full price for each house, regardless of the number of people staying — provided that the stated maximum number of guests per house is not exceeded. The price includes water, electricity, linen (sheets, towels).
Prices are for accommodation only (meals are not served).
– Low season: €108 per night (evenings from Sunday to Thursday)
— High season: €147 per night (Holy Week and Christmas)
– Weekend: €235,40 (Friday and Saturday nights)
– Discounts available for stays of over 7 nights
— Minimum stay: 2 nights
– Holy Week: 4 nigths
– Christmas: 7 nights
– Free Wi-Fi
We have available a cot and a high chair for children up to he age of two years, both free of charge.
We offer the option of an extra bed for children under the age of 12, at a supplement of €15.
You just need to make your request at the time of booking.
The person who makes the booking will be responsible for any mishap that occurs during the stay:
— Check-in time: 5.00 p.m.
– Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
— Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the accommodation
— People not included in the booking are not allowed to stay or visit.
— Parties or activities that may cause a nuisance to the neighbourhood are not allowed.
— No pets allowed.
— In the event that any of these conditions is not complied with, we may, on behalf of the owners, require guests to vacate the house, with no right to financial compensation.
— 100% Refund for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided that the booking is at least 14 days before check-in.
— 50% refund if the cancellation is notified up to 7 days before check-in.
— Refund will NOT be made for cancellations notified during the 7 days before arrival or for “no shows”
— In the event of cancellation by the owners, if cancellation is due to force majeure, the cost will be refunded in full.
Payment of the total cost of the stay is required to confirm the booking. Payment may be made via bank card.
